Thank you for choosing Brand Artline1819 for your personalized and customized products. As each item is uniquely crafted to your specifications, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. No Returns or Refunds:

Due to the nature of our 100% customized products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged upon arrival. And to protect the Product the Goods are packed Properly in a Bag. 
Under no circumstances will partial COD orders be refunded.

2. Damaged Goods:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we require immediate notification.
Please contact our customer support team at Support@artline1819.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.

3. Video of Unboxing:

To initiate the return and refund process, we kindly request that you provide a clear video of the unboxing, clearly showing the damages to the product.
The video should be sent to Support@artline1819.com along with your order number and a brief description of the damage.

4. Evaluation and Resolution:

Our team will review the provided video to assess the extent of the damage.
If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement.

5. Non-Damaged Items:

As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the design, color, or any other customization choices made during the ordering process.

6. Order Modification:

Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.
